Payment is typically due at the time services are provided unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

If you prefer to pay by credit card, our team can securely process your payment over the phone.
Paying by Mail
If you would like to pay by check, payments may be mailed directly to our office. Please include the patient’s name and any relevant statement information so we can properly apply the payment to your account.
