At Queen City Prosthodontics, our focus is on delivering highly personalized, specialty care. Because prosthodontic treatment plans are often complex and customized for each patient, we do not participate directly with dental insurance networks.
However, having dental insurance does not mean you cannot use it for treatment here. Many plans still provide reimbursement for specialty procedures such as crowns, bridges, dentures, or dental implants—even when the provider is out of network. Coverage varies widely depending on your plan and employer benefits.

Filing for Insurance Reimbursement
If you have dental insurance and would like to use it toward your care:
- We can provide detailed documentation and treatment information for your insurance claim.
- At your request, we can submit the claim to your insurance provider as a courtesy.
- Depending on your plan, reimbursement may be sent directly to you by your insurance company.
Because every plan is different, we recommend reviewing your policy or contacting your insurance provider to understand your specific coverage.
